Shipping Instructions

Many perishable specimens have been spoiled before we receive them due to carelessness on the part of the sender. First, consider the distance that the specimen has to go and the length of time it will take to reach our shop. Then, select the carrier – either air express, bus express or truck. Never ship on a day that would have the specimen arrive here on a weekend, otherwise the carrier will probably leave it to sit in their warehouse over the weekend.

NEVER SHIP ANY PERISHABLES VIA PARCEL

Always enclose a letter of instruction and be sure that the outside is marked "RUSH " or "PERISHABLE"

• A 50% deposit is required for all work and the balance is due upon completion and before shipping.
• For customers living in other provinces or outside of Canada, FREE SPIRIT TAXIDERMY will arrange for your trophies shipping.
• All shipping mounts are carefully crated and insured to ensure safe, damage free delivery.

NOTE: Game birds and/or animals must have wildlife license and permits, prior to acceptance by Free Spirit Taxidermy.
